classic dementia went through it with my grand mother and especially my mother in law she's 77 so technically it's late onset.

I looked up her district once ... they have voted democrat, by a large margin, in every level of government - municipal, state, federal - for the past 60 years.
Anywhere else and she'd be in a home.

To be fair, every Dem uses the same talking points and the names of the Rep. presidents are interchangeable. So no matter if it were Bush, Trump, Reagan, etc. thier speil would be the same. Blah, blah, blah, blah.
