The counties previously had 0 insurers signed up for the individual exchanges for 2018. LINK

And sure, you guys keep pretending that Republicans aren't deliberately sabotaging the ACA.

quote:

Given the potential negative effects of federal legislative and/or regulatory changes, we believe it will be necessary to price-in those downside risks, even at the prospect of a higher-than-average margin for the short term, or until stability can be achieved. These risks include but are not limited to the elimination of Cost Sharing Reduction subsidies (CSRs), the removal of the individual mandate and the collection of the health insurer tax.

your blind partisanship is saddening. To think that Americans like yourself allow the Democratic party and MSM to convince you the blame lies with Republicans on every matter.

ACA is a democrat bill, approved by a democrat senate, and signed by a democrat president.

Great. They are returning to Knoxville. Will they follow suit and return to Nashville and Memphis?

I’m pleased to report that, though still very early, our 2017 performance has improved due to a combination of better claims experience and a more sustainable rate structure based on the medical needs of the members we’re serving.

Of course it's better. They dropped coverage for 90% of those they covered in 2016. They had to drop because the ACA forced them to cover everyone for everything without being able to charge appropriately for doing so.

Laughable that you believe this.

I'm not even quite sure what you think you might possibly be getting at with this "point."

Tell me.

I need to know two things.

1. Will this reduce or increase bankruptcies?

2. How man people are going to die?

There is no need to sabotaging, it is a POS on it's own.

It was first championed and implemented by Republicans at the state level, then implemented by Democrats at the national level, and now being repealed and replaced by a shittier version by Republicans at the national level.

If we should blame anyone, it should be both parties, which is why I said that. Let's put blame all around.

not a single vote was cast by a Republican for the ACA. The blame lies strictly with the Democratic Party.

Welcome to reality.

Let's hope you're this energetic if the Republican version becomes law.

the "Republican" version will go through numerous drafts before ever becoming law. This version is only the beginning of a long process to fix the healthcare system that the Democratic party purposefully destroyed

No. It is the dimocratix fault. Nobody put a gun to their head to pass that POS. (Although Baraaq successfully bribed a bunch of them.)

And the Republicans are now actively sabotaging the law. Let's all remember that.

Fantastic!!!

People who can't provide for themselves are a drain on humanity. It is best for our species if they die off and hopefully do so before they reproduce!

Tap the brakes comrade, because a state does something it does not mean it takes blame on a national level.

Of course they are. Because it's horrible legislation that would have collapsed under it's own weight were they not to do something about it. They HAVE to gut it, repeal it... destroy it. So it doesn't destroy our entire system of healthcare delivery. Of course, that was sort of the intent, was it not?
