Baton Rouge City/Parish Government should require that the Executive Director

of the EBRPCOA read the letter she signed and sent out to constituents in front of the Parish Council!

I'm sure this would be a must see CCTV for the Baton Rouge area! The Foster's and the Slaughter's seem to be earning their money composing this letter!
