Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Acting Director Thomas Homan on Tuesday said he plans to further crack down on undocumented immigrants by sending more resources and agents to sanctuary cities.

Homan told Washington Examiner on Tuesday that he plans to address "ludicrous" sanctuary cities.

quote:

In the America I grew up in, cities didn't shield people who violated the law," Homan told the publication. “What I want to get is a clear understanding from everybody, from the congressmen to the politicians to law enforcement to those who enter the country illegally, that ICE is open for business."

quote:

We’re going to enforce the laws on the books without apology, we’ll continue to prioritize what we do,” Homan continued. “But it’s not OK to violate the laws of this country anymore, you’re going to be held accountable.”

quote:

During his interview with the Examiner, Homan also praised the Trump administration, saying it has "taken the handcuffs off law enforcement," allowing them to address immigration more thoroughly.

"You can like President Trump, not like him, like his policies, not like his policies, but one thing no one can argue with is the effect they've had," said Homan.

quote:

The 30-year immigration agency veteran also said he has gotten a green light to hire 10,000 new immigration agents, who will work to arrest illegal criminals sheltered in sanctuary cities and elsewhere

This is fricking awesome. This is the kind of dude Bamarep could go into battle with.

Start with the gangs and violent offenders.

I can't say I'm for deporting illegals who are here trying to find a better life for themselves and their families. I'm talking about good people. And yes, I know they are here against our country's laws. Pay taxes. Contribute to society. We all break our country's laws here and there.

If I was born in a shitty South American country, I would be doing everything I could to come to America.

No problem. Just come legally. Otherwise, you're breaking the law. Period

Do you obey the speed limits every time you drive? I know it's not quite the same... well, it kind of is. If you speed, you're breaking the law. Maybe a stupid analogy, but not really if you're only talking about breaking the law.

I get what you guys are saying. But how many people apply to do it legally and wait years for anything to happen? I don't know anything about the actual process. What if they apply for work visas and have to wait years to come over?

I'm definitely against sanctuary cities harboring violent felons. The mayors of cities that do be slapped.

No thanks to violent criminals or the ones coming here for work. There is a legal avenue to do that.

These people come here, vote for socialists, and complain about white people.

I just don't think it's as cut and dry as we make it out to be. There's lots of families here that are here illegally but are working their asses off and are good people.

Like I said, start with the violent illegals. Then go from there.

At the very least, just the fear that Rule of Law prevails will scare Illegal fraudulent voters out of the polls. That alone will be big in elections from here on. All the Liberal/Progressive whinning and promises to ignore Law will NOT be able to persuade those Illegals to cast a potentially-calamitous vote.

And they say Trump is getting nothing done.

Your position would allow for a state or city to say it's OK to not pay federal income taxes etc. You speak fluent nonsense.
