Airport commission simultaneously suing them for $800k and receving a bid from them to renew a lease they've held for 50 years.
Competitor's offer not formally submitted until they saw what Fournet bid and of course they beat it - contrary to public bid law that the airport commission claims they weren't bound by in this case.

Isn't it funny how we send folks like Mary to be our (used to be mine too) mouthpiece to DC, and when they get there they become the mouthpiece of DC to us. It's not supposed to work that way and is costing Mary her job. Shes about 12 years past due.
