Is it possible that the NSA has the data and isn't a sieve of leaks?
And that other agencies are being pointed where to go by other leaks? So, in this case, the revised disclosure by Kushner points someone to a time/date/target that they can then go back to try to get all the info around the new disclosures?
That's the only way I can conceive this stuff is beimg triggered by other leaks? Which may be a huge assumption.
