Question for AP and LP, just where will there be room in Denham, Walker, Watson, Prairieville, Geismar and Gonzales for Baton Rouge residents ready to exit?

My son just moved his young family to Prairieville.
Wanted a good school for his kids.
Another family in Ascension commuting to EBR for work.
Some just don't get it,

Plenty of neighborhoods being built in LP as well as houses for sale partially gutted (aka rebuild how you want)
