Neither does mass police brutality against minorities, but democrats are still stupid enough to fall for that.

That isn't exactly how it works unfortunately.

For example, Hillary let it slip how quickly US can launch a nuke. Go ahead and submit a FOIA request on nuclear launch information and duration from initiate to launch and see what you get in return.

People in the public knew about Area 51 for 3+ decades before the government officially declassified and fessed up.

What he's getting at is that if the NYT publishes something that is classified, they can't be prosecuted for that. SCOTUS has ruled that they have the right to publish classified material that they receive. And at that point, it is no longer classified, because the government would declassify it, since it is now worthless as a secret.

IIRC Chaffetz's letter demanded that the memo be produced by May 23. As of now, crickets...

The government does not respond that way. That isn't how declassification works.

What would make the Comey memo classified?

If it was labeled as classified.

Then whoever his associate in the FBI that shared what it said to the NYT reporter, should be arrested for sharing classified information.

IIRC the memo is basically a journal entry. So why would that be classified? Also why would a memo about potential obstruction of justice be classified?
