Wasn't my point at all, you jumped to the "well then out law xyz because it could kill someone" pretty quick.
My point was just because something is illegal doesn't mean people won't still do it.

I have good reason. When TN made it legal for concealed carry permit holders to carry their weapons in bars the same argument was made. THERE WILL BE BLOOD IN THE STREETS!
That has yet to happen. The mentality of government should be allowed to limit freedom (particularly Constitutional guaranteed freedoms) for security is mind numbingly indefensible and asinine. The same irrational thought gave us the Patriot Act and has repeatedly worked against the 4th Amendment.
