Yes. Americans enjoy a right to reasonable privacy from the government and should not be spied on by our government without probable cause.
I wonder if the 3rd amendment can be used to justify keeping them out of our homes.

No, but if they're going to, at least release some of the videos of people watching sports and shows with surprise outcomes.

I think we are fricked as a people who still claim to be Americans yet this is the way of life in America today. I think that this is the result of years and years of acceptance of a big federal government by people in this country that tossed their values in for whatever promises politicians made to increase the size and scope of government in the lives of Americans.
