Would the NFL, media, White House, etc be reacting the same way if Rice hit a man?

So your answer for this horrible thread is to double down!

So you're saying the fallout would be the same if Rice had cold-cocked a man?. . .

That's because as much as the world hates to admit it, there are differences between men and women.

So because women want equal rights in the workplace, this means they also want to be beaten? You guys are insane.

I'm pretty sure that if Michael Sam were to beat his partner to unconsciousness, he would be subject to the domestic abuse policy of the NFL

Nah. We probably wouldn't even hear about it.

You know any men that want to be beaten? No one wants to be beaten.

What the feminist want is to be treated the same as men; but not really.

It is horrible anytime a man hits a woman. It is horrible because men are stronger than women and we have all been raised that they are physically the weaker sex and we have been taught to treat them as such. Our role as men is to provide and protect them not punch them.

If you do not believe that, then what basis do you have to think that what RR did was any worse than hitting a man?

I think that's precisely OP's point.

It is this dilemma that feminists cannot rectify. They believe women are equal in every regard. . . But they don't.

Like you, I agree with the quoted sentiment. Which is why I must call out hardcore feminists for their double standard.

For sure. But I think the OP's wording is screwed up.

I think feminists are actually able to thread this needle. Of course they have an answer for everything, just like everybody else.

I just know I am hearing a lot of "never put your hands on a woman," which to me begs the question what is different about women.

i have a subaru wrx, and mine isn't faded. maybe b.c I kept it in a garage for the first 12 years I had it. the wife's car gets the garage now.

Subarus are awesome cars, especially if you live where it snows.

Nah, but a lot of family values-types are defending him. Weird.

Yep. I think you're required to own one to get a DL in Alaska, or something.
