After digging up a cemetery in Gaza suspected of holding the bodies of missing Israelis (if the AJ reports are true) Israel took 21 bodies back to Israel for identification. Israel has not confirmed this particular detail of taking back 21 bodies. Marina Medvin on X

Then Haaretz now confirming as Israel just released this:

“Last night, our fighters conducted a military operation at the Bnei Suhila cemetery, successfully rescuing 21 buried bodies and bringing them to Israel.”

Open Source Intel on X

"The Israeli army: We found the bodies of 21 Israeli detainees in Khan Yunis and transferred them to Israel last night."

RIP to those poor people. Its beginning to look more and more like they have slaughtered all of the Israeli hostages IMO.

No one has accused Hamas of being populated by MENSA members. It's hard to use bargaining chips after you've already gotten rid of them.

What a sad and sorry thing to see. I hope the IDF is able to hunt down and kill every Hamas member (and any support personnel) involved with this.

And there goes their last bargaining chips.

Let the bloody retaliation begin.

Tent city exploding in Gaza near Rafah (Egypt border). I'm sure the rebuilding effort will be fast for them.

I believe that Ahab the Arab has pushed the throttle on the Israel D9. Gaza is going to e rip rap when this is over. I wonder if Hamas charges extra for their people to set up the on the beach. You know beach front views and all.

I watched Konstantin Kisin from the podcast "Triggernometry" walking and talking to demonstrators at a Pro Palestinian march in London. Many of those he spoke with didn't have an accurate understanding of the situation. Most said they wanted both sides to stop killing and live peacefully, while seeing the Palestinians as victims and oppressed.
MSM is responsible and is a overall negative in our world.

For all the time Palestinians have occupied Gaza, they could have developed that beachfront and tried to build something.
Attempted to make something for themselves. They instead took the untold millions in aid money and dug tunnels and built rockets to kill Jews. As a people, they failed themselves.

I'd have shortened that sentence to:

In this case the bargaining chips had no value. The Israelis made the decision to wipe out Hamas regardless of the hostages. If you know you are facing an implacable enemy you might as well go all in.

Top Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth confirms Israel used the "Hannibal directive" on Oct 7th, which calls to kill Israeli hostages along with their captors.

This is the exact quote from the paper:

"At noon on October 7th, the IDF ordered all of its combat units in practice to use the 'Hannibal Directive', although without clearly mentioning this explicit name. The order was to stop 'at all costs' any attempt by Hamas terrorists to return to Gaza, that is despite the fear that some of them have hostages.

It is estimated that about a thousand terrorists and infiltrators were killed in the area between the Otaf settlements and the Gaza Strip. It is not clear at this time how many of the hostages were killed due to the activation of this command. In the week after the attack, soldiers of elite units checked about 70 vehicles that were left in the area between the Otaf settlements and the Gaza Strip. These are vehicles that did not reach Gaza, because on the way they were shot by a combat helicopter, an anti-tank missile or a tank, and at least in some cases everyone in the vehicle was killed."

But, but, but.....

...Israel is over-reacting. We need a cease-fire.

BLAH...BLAH...BLAH....

Hamas needs to be eradicated, down the last member and the last person who supports its reign of terror.

No mercy.

Oh they did; the wealthy Gazans were living quite well off that foreign aid. Resorts just didn't fit the "open air prison" narrative so they don't make the news.

Check out some Gazan social media accounts from 6 months ago - mansions, luxury cars, designer shopping... Only for the favored few of course, the average Gazan child was still languishing in poverty.

And the UN and all the other govt agencies worldwide who were beside themselves giving their taxpayers money into that shathole with no supervision. All the foreign "volunteers" paid handsomely no doubt who stood by and let hamas build in and around hospitals and schools, once again built with taxpayer dollars, to build the rockets....and the schools and hospitals.

hamas somehow thinks if Israel is gone they can occupy and enjoy all the benefits. No sparky it will end up just like South Africa, a shathole because its the people not the land
