I totally understand wishful thinking and opinionating but not when it gets really delusional and naive.

Scalise won 75% of the vote last year and didn't even seriously campaign at all, his closest competition didn't get more than 15% of the vote, he put out like maybe 2 ads all campaign season long that took only a couple hours to film and edit and democrats never bothered to contest it at all and JBE left it well enough alone.
