Anyone want to explain the polls?

Lake was supposed to be a walk in Arizona and she is down double figures. Masters was supposed to be a toss up and is getting destroyed. Smiley was supposed to have a chance against Murrary and it took less than an hour to call it for Murray. Holduc was supposed to be at worst a near toss up in New Hampshire. He got slaughtered. Zeldin doesn't really challenge Hochol. Seems like every poll outside of Florida and Virginia was massively off in favor of Republicans. Overcorrections from the last couple of elections? Even more "fortifying" than in 2020? Right now even winning the House is not a guarantee and the Senate looks iffy at best. Polls are off as much this year for Republicans as they have been in the past for Democrats. Explain.

What polls were you following?
That's why it is better to follow sites like 538 that average a bunch of polls and put a probability number for the outcome.
The results that far is in-line with what 538 was projecting in 90%+ of the races.

Lake was never far ahead in any legit poll and several were tied (Lake-Hobbs).

You can't predict the behavior of tens of millions of people by asking 500-1,000 of them how they feel with misleading questions.

At this point, it's obvious that AZ and GA has been compromised. Influx of extremely stupid people combined with voter fraud.

There have been warnings for a couple of months for Republicans not to snooze based on these polls. The professionals knew they were biased and wrong. Some took the bait and snoozed.
And the Democrat ballot-harvesting operations of 2020 (legal and illegal) are still in full force and the Republicans, again, did not GOTV and harvest their own ballots where they could have (legally).

538 predicted 50.8 senate seats to R's & 49.2 to D's. They are going to be really close. Some of the right leaning polls are looking pretty foolish.

Not true at all. They had the house going Republican with ease.
