Small scale/localized weather manipulation works (cloud seeding). The "Bush weather machine" stuff is dumb.

Its real. The US has been manipulating weather since at least the 1960s during the Vietnam war.

I think there are too many variables for effective large scale use. Hell, we can't accurately predict hurricane paths and intensities with billions of dollars worth of satellites and other technology.

I know about seed clouding but I doubt there's anything capable of producing a hurricane.

It's not that it's actually producing the hurricane; but making it stay in one location and begin building up more steam once it starts running out.
The video i gave shows how they are supposedly producing clouds to add to the hurricane. It's pretty interesting and shown on the sattelite.
If you're interested I can try to see Ar what time in the video they are showing it. Pretty cool.

Maybe you could turn The Hubble Space Telescope so it's pointed at The Sun,and start boiling the water in The Atlantic?

Nikola Tesla supposedly was working on a way to steer hurricanes. He may have been able to create, and even aim, small earthquakes.

Can you attribute any one storm to cloud seeding, as the Chinese government has done with this snowstorm?
Generally, you can't look at one individual storm. Would it have snowed anyway? You don't know. NCAR (the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder, Colo.) is in Wyoming studying several seasons in comparison, where you seed one place and withhold another. Attributing one storm to seeding is very difficult unless the cloud system is incredibly simple, like fog that has no chance of precipitation. If you see snowfall then, that's pretty demonstrative evidence that you succeeded.

I am still amazed at how much people refuse to open their eyes.
Here is a link to the UN TREATY outlining the agreement NOT TO USE WEATHER WEAPONS from 1977. They have been in existence since before then.

There are a ton of well researched articles about HAARP out there. The UN has even acknowledged this program exists and was pissed that the USA refuses to share information on the program as the UN knows the USA has used it previously.
I know it sounds crazy but once you realize this country has been brainwashed with lies for over 50 years, you start to realize they have been hiding the truth in plain sight that entire time and everyone just assumed it was fiction.
