Anyone else impressed with Mike Mulvaney?

Been watching some pressers of him. He comes off as very down to Earth and highly intelligent.
Does he have any baggage? I don't know much about him. Would he ever pursue a higher position like maybe POTUS or VP? Seems like he would make a very good candidate one day for the Rs.

He rode the Tea Party wave into the House in 2010.

Always been a Mulvaney fan. One of the few guys in government that truly cares about reducing spending. He'd probably be going after defense spending too if Trump wasn't pushing a huge increase there.

I love his no bullshite approach.
If the fricktards on the left would just go on a 4 year vacation we may could actually turn our country around.

and, oh my God, he actually believed in what he said
too bad that his profession is so utterly corrupt that he will get lumped in with "politicians"

His old congressional district here in SC is a mix of very rural areas west and north of Hartsville up to the Charlotte suburbs in Lancaster and York Counties. He beat John Spratt, a good ole boy Blue Dog Democrat, to get into Congress. He seemed to be popular with those in his district.

The single most impressive person in political life today. He is the first person to eloquently make the case for Conservative principles in years. More Mulvaney.
