Exactly. What was he being arrested for? Making the officer mad? The excuses are outrageous.
Maybe the guy did do something warranting an arrest. Who knows. But there's no reason for the officer to slam the guy's head to the pavement with his boot and beat him with a flashlight. Looks to me like the cop needs to be arrested for assault. Let a jury decide.

No you dont!!! The moment the officer stuck his boot on the guys head and stomped him into the street he should lose his job. That single act shows that this guy doesn't have the self control to be a police officer.
Nothing the guy did prior to that could possibly justify it. Nothing!

Officer went overboard.
If the guy was under arrest, he had him on the ground. Cuff him and take him in.
All that other bull shite was unnecessary.
That officer should be fired and charged with assault.

I think there is a certain kind of self-styled "Righteous" American that would stalk that cop, and get a little Midnight retribution. I'm surprised that Old Testament stuff doesn't happen more often.
