Hard to scream about Trump not being a great negotiator when it is fact that the Dems in Congress wouldn't negotiate with him to save their lives.

I thought it was 98% would still vote for him. However his approval rating among Trump/republican voters is below 84%.
His base and republicans approval continues to slip. In February it was in the 90's.
