Seems probable.

Nope. This guy left behind a wife and two young daughters. For what?

Gave his life for neo con war pigs and selfishly left his family without a husband and father.

This is sad.
Guy wasted his life, for absolutely nothing.

Scratch that, it wasn't for nothing. It was for politicians in the US and Ukraine to get rich. In addition to their defense contractor buddies.

I will give the guy credit for not being a keyboard warrior and actually putting his money where his mouth was.

But at the same time it sounds like he was bored and unfulfilled by his life as a lawyer and missed the action and adrenaline rush he had in combat. The problem for him is he did not have the advantage of being part of a far more advanced military fighting against a poorly equipped enemy.

He might as well have just set himself on fire and screamed Free Ukraine as he died. Would have accomplished the same thing.

Before his death he gave his body armor to one of his Ukrainian teammates. Shortly after, he was fatally injured in an area where his armor would have protected him.

I'd say that was a miscalculation on Webber's part. A very prominent miscalculation.

Humanitarian aid. Period. And limited.

including how much money or arms to send.

Money? No. Food, blankets, medical supplies, tents, clothing, etc., sure. Arms? Hell no.

I hope all Americans reflect on what Ukraine is facing

They're facing the consequences of their exalted leader choosing to be a Soros/US puppet who launders money through his nation back into Congressional coffers and puts the West and NATO way too close for Russia's comfort. The people of Ukraine are unfortunate victims of the geopolitical Globalist establishment.
quote:

their willingness to fight for their own freedom deserves our support,

They're not fighting for their own freedom. The most highly contested areas in Eastern Ukraine are sympathetic towards Russia and very anti-West. The Ukraine fighting forces are fighting to protect the international money laundering state and the many worldwide politicians who profit from it. Their individual reasons for fighting may be noble and pure, but their command is ultimately to protect a wholly corrupt and compromised state.
quote:

our country was founded as a resistance to oppression from a more powerful nation.

Our country has been overtaken by the exact same people who are controlling Ukraine. They are far worse than those from whom the Founding Fathers declared their independence. People just haven't yet realized how much of a thoroughly and heavily surveilled prison state we're living in, under the illusion of freedom. The change has happened slowly over the decades, and slow change is less likely to be detected. This is NOT the same America in which I grew up during the 80s and 90s.

Andrew’s story is sad but inspiring.

It's definitely a sad story. Sad for many reasons that would appear heartless and tasteless to type out, so I will refrain. Sad also , for many reasons many of us would find agreeable. Inspiring? That's 100% a matter of perception and highly debatable.

For me, my problem isn't the Ukrainian people, it's the whole grift being sold to the public as something righteous. The driving force behind this war is the MIC and a greedy and corrupt Congress.

On top of that, Ukraine has no hope of winning. Prolonging the war only ensures more dead Ukrainians.

Our country can't afford to send billions, we need those tax dollars spent here, at home for our country.

A real leader would negotiate a peace settlement to allow what's left of Ukraine to begin re-building.

Could you support that assertion with solid proof, please? Thank you in advance. Thanks.

From West Point to fighting alongside Nazis.

The source of the Nazis affiliation in Ukraine was rooted in WWII and after Stalin had murdered and starved millions of Ukrainians. When the German's swept the Communists aside, they looked more like liberators to those who suffered most under the Stalinist yoke. Had the Nazis actually acted like liberators things there might have very well turned out different. However, Hitler only wanted the land not the people.
