Don't worry - I have hope for generation Z. With all these middle and high school mock elections going trump, they are steering towards being shitlords.
The upcoming gen always rebels against their parents. In this unique time, rebelling against their elders actually means not embracing degeneracy and hedonism. It's sad, but normalcy is almost considered edgy these days.

Anonymity, which makes the FB posts even more egregious IMO. People on here over exaggerate their stance behind a virtual wall. This stuff on social media is done with zero thought or care and no regards for the repercussions, in part because they have been shielded from repercussions in the participation trophy, timeout, helicopter/best friend parent generation.
