He's 100% right. Of course he won't say the same for the disease-ridden travelers from the south.

Yes, he is right for once. Broken clock and all.
The real problem will be to try and figure out who is coming from those countries into the US through connecting flights.

I've never flown international before, but is there US customs abroad that checks tickets and passports for stuff like that?
