Nope. Voters from across LA were surveyed in that 2015 poll.

"Ron Faucheux, who conducted the poll for The Advocate and WWL-TV, acknowledges that the size of the survey’s sample in New Orleans was not large enough to determine sentiment there. His Clarus Research Group personally interviewed 800 likely voters across the state by telephone from Sept. 20 through Sept. 23. The margin of error is 3.46 percent."

Tricky one because IMHO, there are icons and periods in history that we should learn from but not memorialize. Just a few that have been rightly removed:

Hitler
Eve LaPlante (Salem' Witch Judge)
Saddam

Just like the Confederate Flag, what makes this extra tricky is public perception. You have these wacadoodle groups worshipping these things for the wrong reasons.
