The ACLJ says it has already turned over all documents the group has received about the meeting to the Senate Judiciary Committee, which is conducting its own investigation and has posted more than 400 full documents it has received on their website.

Sekulow said the "FBI lied" when it first sent a letter to the ACLJ writing it had "no records responsive to your request were located.” The ACLJ said it requested all communications between the bureau and the DOJ with regard to the tarmac meeting between Lynch and Bill Clinton last year.

Where did ACLJ get the documents that "didn't exist"? Wikileaks?

This particular issue is a huge part of the reason why the effort to unseat POTUS is, right now, so very heated and hysterical. They are pulling out all of the stops, including partially staging a riot at C'ville.

Trey Gowdy said a long time ago that he knew that the substance of the meeting was confidential and he "KNOWS WHAT IT WAS." I want to know what IT was too; I think. Unless it is too reeky because it is coming from Bill Clinton. Maybe don't want to know.

How hard is it to get at this information? Also if Gowdy is correct this will be Comey's chance to redeem himself.

“I think he had access to information that, because he is a stand-up guy he’s not gonna disseminate classified information—although God knows everybody else is … so all your viewers see is this meeting on the tarmac,” he explained.

“Jim Comey had access to additional information that I am convinced left him with no other choice than to make the decision he made in July,” he added.

Trying to understand what Gowdy was cryptically suggesting, MacCallum asked if he was saying there was pressure on Comey to avoid prosecuting Clinton.

“No, no, no. I think he had access to information and he wanted to safeguard the integrity of the investigation, and the integrity of the process, and I probably ought to just leave it right there,” Gowdy replied.

“Trust me when I tell you this, Martha — I know what it was and I have been a critic of James Comey in the past. But he made the only decision he could have made with respect to appropriating that decision away from the Department of Justice and making the decision himself,” he continued.

“I only take away from that that you are suggesting that there were more entanglements between the Clintons and perhaps the Justice Department than everyone understands,” McCallum guessed.

“You’re very perceptive,” Gowdy replied.

I remember watching this LIVE. IF Comey knew why didn't he alert about obstruction immediately? Or did he, and a IG investigation was started? If so it should be done by now...

Or was Comey in on it, and or in on it by not reporting it, so he made the only decision he could have?

I think he sent several letters. The first said no docs exist. The second after Obama left office? garnered results but they were redacted.

I agree with this 100 percent. As well as the Obama spying on POTUS via the PDB and who knows what other means... and the Soros' think tank trumping up a 'ethics violation' regarding Nunes.
