I would argue that insurance itself is a bigger problem. If there was no money to be had, the lawyers wouldn’t be out of control. In fact, they wouldn’t even care.

Hard if not impossible for a large swath of people to get ahead or live comfortably in this country, of course they’re going to seize any opportunity they can to legally get money.
