A she wanting to be a he is dating a he wanting to be a she

This describes the relationship of one of my wife's students.
They both still have their parts but are taking hormones. The transitioning girl is actually very attractive and a legit WYHI (minus of course the obvious mental issues).
The dude acts like a bigger sissy than my teenage daughter and takes about as many selfies.
They seem to be very much in love. Question I have is why don't they just keep their parts go about their merry way?

If they are old enough to understand the repercussions of their decisions (i.e. mutilating themselves and injecting hormones to "change" their biology") then I don't have an issue with it (as long as I don't have to pay for it).
HOWEVER, the push to "normalize" this kind of ridiculous shite and give special treatment under the BS guise of "equality" is my issue.

Why is tranny stuff so popular the last 1 or 2 years? Is it something in our water/food?
Seriously the incidence of tranny is very high compared 5 or 10 years ago.

Increased acceptance by the gen pop brings more people out of the shadows. Same thing happened with homosexuality once most people became accepting of it, more people came out of the closet.

Well... it could save them money down the road. They already have a penis they can transplant on him/her/it so they don't need a donor.
Maybe they could volunteer for a Frankensteinesque surgery and take her inner girl parts and put them in him, while taking his boy parts and sewing them on her.
