Will they blame the DNC for this?

A plane from Russia to Syria and you think these are people who would care about Christmas?

Russia is highly religious and these were likely soldiers. why wouldn't they care about Xmas?

are you kidding man? These families just lost 91 husbands, dads, brothers or uncles. Why the hell would that not make for a tough Christmas? Good god man.

Aspergers? You seem socially awkward.

Do you have any experience with that area of the world?
It was most likely Muslims or Russian orthodox, who are not celebrating Christmas until January, who died.
It's amazing how many of the posters think the world is a mirror of their own beliefs.
At least have some G-d damned respect for those who died by knowing what they celebrate and not use this tragedy as your own weak world view.

wait what?
he gave condolences to families who lost family members during the religious holiday season
are you trying to claim that he was injecting his "world view" into that, and if you do mean condolences are his world view, that it's bad?

Yeah. It's the American holiday religious season.
Not the majority (Russian orthodox) or second most faithful (Islam) religious season of those who died.
It's not the holidays at all for them.
Making Murica ignorance great.

So because America has accidentally bombed hospitals do you think it's fair to say families of our fallen soilders don't value Christmas
Whether collateral damages from the Russian war effort were accidental or intentional doesn't necessarily speak for the morality of individual soilders, military members as a whole, and especially not their families.
If you just meant they likely don't celebrate Christmas because its not a part of their religion, I don't know.

Drat!
I guess January 7th is too far away for the pragmatic Russians to get into the holiday spirit!

Obv didn't read the article
quote:
A Russian military plane with 92 people on board has crashed into the Black Sea on its way to Syria, Russian news agencies reported on Sunday, and it was unlikely there would be any survivors. Russian agencies, citing unnamed security sources, said the TU-154 aircraft had crashed in the sea near the southern Russian city of Sochi after disappearing from radar screens. The plane was carrying Russian servicemen and members of a renowned military choir and dance ensemble, the Alexandrov Ensemble, who were being flown into Russia's Hmeymim air base in Syria to entertain military personnel in the run-up to the new year, the RIA news agency quoted the Defence Ministry as saying.
Please see my earlier post, and DIAF.
