I don't want to promote this asshoe Bolton's book in the slightest, but the following passages reveals the depths of his his utter contempt for this country and sick perversion for war. Is he actually trying to help Trump get re-elected?

This guy is one sick motherfricker.

I know there is a lot of tongue-in-cheek talk about Bolton's lust for war, but "I tried to talk (Trump) out of having his decision to not have 150 body bags on television" makes it sounds that he needs bloodshed in the same manner that Dexter needs murder victims on "his table."

He's the left's hero right now, aside from the folks burning our country to ground.

Says a lot, doesn't it?

Bolton looking like a complete psycho is bad enough but we have Mike Pompeo in agreement with Bolton supporting strikes on Iran over a goddamn drone and he's still the Secretary of State?

Yeah, Pompeo is definitely not going to be on my 2024 wish list. Nor should he be on any sensible American's list either.

Just can't play around with potential catastrophic foreign policy blunders and after 20 years of war in Iraq and Afghanistan, there's no benefit of the doubt for that anymore.

He documented every little detail. I think it’s safe to say this book was always going to happen.

John Bolton said the most appalling part of Trump’s Presidency is when he called off a missile strike that would have killed women and children. That’s what type of a guy Bolton is. He’s the most evil member of a Presidential cabinet since Henry Kissinger.

So you want war with Iran as well. Have you contacted your local Army or Marine recruiter?

He’s the ultimate chickenhawk.

From Bolton’s Wiki page:
quote:

Bolton was a supporter of the Vietnam War, but avoided combat through a student deferment followed by enlistment in the Maryland Air National Guard. During the 1969 Vietnam War draft lottery, Bolton drew number 185. (Draft numbers were assigned by birth date. Numbers 1 to 195 were eventually called up.) As a result of the Johnson and Nixon administrations' decisions to rely largely on the draft rather than on the reserve forces, joining a Guard or Reserve unit became a way to reduce the chances of service in the Vietnam War. Before graduating from Yale in 1970, Bolton enlisted in the Maryland Army National Guard rather than waiting to find out if his draft number would be called. He attended Active Duty for Training (ADT) at Fort Polk, Louisiana, from July to November 1970. After serving in the National Guard for four years, he served in the United States Army Reserve until the end of his enlistment two years later.

He wrote in his Yale 25th reunion book: "I confess I had no desire to die in a Southeast Asian rice paddy. I considered the war in Vietnam already lost."

Yet he’s never seen a conflict in which he wouldn’t gladly and readily send other Americans off to die.

Such a cowardly, contemptible little bitch. frick him.

I wouldn’t exactly take anything Bolton says in that book as gospel.

I would agree with this if I had no idea that Mike Pompeo is a huge Iran hawk and has very strong neocon tendencies.

Sorry, there's just absolutely no benefit of the doubt for me to give when it comes to the most hostile and unstable region in the world after 20 ill-gotten years of fruitless war there.

He is an evil MF. I don't know how Trump was ever convinced to let this war hawk into his administration.

Trump has a bad habit of letting people flatter the hell out of him into hiring them and/or backing policy positions that is absolutely destructive to the MAGA platform.

Just because someone is saying nice things about you on FOX does not mean he should have a job in your administration.

The difference in Bolton's recall and fiction? Bolton has no proof other than his "recall".

I was sitting in front of 12 Disney Attorneys. "Our Project Architect says you were late on every building." Fact versus fiction "If you turn to tab 13 section 4. Page one "Congratulations of turning Building One in on time and on schedule." Page two "Congratulations on turning building two in on time and on schedule." There have been 52 buildings to date ...I can do this 52 times. Do you really want to go into a court room while I have 52 Letters from your offices as fact?" Every head turned and looked at the Project Architect for Disney. Bolton has no proof of anything.

Trump was an outsider and was steered wrong on many hiring choices.

Up until this I hadn’t seen an excerpt or synopsis of anything coming out in this book. Someone tell me there is something a hell of a lot more damning than this?

He is calling our CIC unstable because he hesitated to bomb another country and potentially kill civilians? Seriously? By his own admission, the President was presented numbers and legal cites that, while they turned out to be false, caused the President to order a delay while it was investigated. THIS IS EXACTLY why we have a civilian controlled military. We want someone at the button who is loathe to kill and burn.

Bolton has lost it if he thinks this story supports his position.

It's Honorable to fight for a Lost Cause. The USA was considered a Lost Cause in 1776. The CSA was and is considered a Lost Cause.

IMHO, fighting for the preservation of this Constitutional Republic is a Lost Cause. But do we tender our Unconditional Surrender to the demands of the Radical Left? NO! We tell them "Nuts!" and fight on. It's a Lost Cause, IMHO, but there is Honor in fighting this fight.
