Not as devastating as your decisions

Plus, it could be done via reconciliation because it would impact the budget.

They suck; plain and simple. When 80% of their decisions are overturned along with the apparent bias, they deserve whatever they get.

This from the most overturned federal circuit in the country.

Today, the 9th Circuit
In response to their decision, I didn't view it as whining, I viewed it as commonfrickingsense ranting about them not knowing the law

They are the largest circuit in both land area and population. If we cut out everyone but California and Hawaii, the 9th would STILL be the largest by population.

bullshite. This is how the executive reins in a corrupt judiciary.
It's time. Well past time in fact. The 9th has long acted like it is its own separate country. Time to correct course.

Do it. And when they scream and try to make a big deal about it and all their energies are focused on that, Nuclear option the SCOTUS nominee. When they split their energies to whine about that, jamb something else down their throats. Don't even blink.
Thats the way the lefties operate. Give them back their own medicine.

You are correct. that is wrong. In 2012 it was 86%.
It routinely is the most overturned court in the U.S. In 2012, the Supreme Court reversed 86 percent of the rulings it reviewed from the ninth.
Perhaps the most controversial decision was striking down the Pledge of Allegiance due to the phrase “under God.” It also ruled citizens have no constitutional right to own guns and is often over-ruled when showing its disdain for capital punishment.

Please stop. The 9th obviously sucks, but 80% of their decisions are not over turned. 80% of their decisions which are appealed are overturned, which is only slightly above the average, which actually one would expect because usually the only cases SCOTUS accepts are those which they feel they will probably end up reversing the lower court decision. Why take a case just to say "yep, they got it right?"
About 1/3 of the cases that come before the 9th are appealed to SCOTUS, which is again, about average.

Typical response of any agency head. "If you diminish us in any way the world is going to fall apart "

This is correct.

This is not correct.

Average hovers around 60-65% of their cases being reversed and/or vacated. the 9th is at 80%. That is not slightly above average. Click my link and go down to the 4th page. It has the percentages for each of the courts listed. they also have the lowest % of cases that are affirmed at 20% besides the Federal Circuit.

This would hold true for all the courts, though, so it speaks volumes that the 9th is the worst of the Circuit Courts.
