I see a lot of spin happening. But the fact is Monday the 9th has demanded written arguments by 3pm monday afternoon.

It's about to get good!

This is a win-win for Trump.

I think the 9th circuit get's overturned, when challenged, more than 75% of the time. Something is not right with that body of judges.

There melts would be glorious.

Yep. Any dem trying to pretend they "got him" with this thing is just pointing out how politically out of touch they are.

DOJ should get whoever argued the Boston case to do it.

Also, they need to abandon the terrorism angle and go to straight crime (murder, rape, sexual assault, etc.) and note all of the problems in Europe ans the US with refugees.

If the State of Washington can get a TRO arguing a bullshite economic harm position, the DOJ should fight it with a factually based public safety position.

Chances they are not overturned if they rule against EO.

"liberal progressive mouthpiece" and "full of shite" are the same thing.

The only way the 9th Circuit gets over turned is by the USSC & with the 4-4 split between Court libs & conservatives, any tie sends the case back to the original jurisdiction. Which means the original order will be upheld.

Trump lost this. The Repubs needs to regroup and rewrite a new EO. The 9th is simply chalk full of moonbats.

He won't lose, even in the 9th. The law is so heavily on Trumps side it's absurd.

Will they vote to lift the "stay" or will they vote on the whole EO

There's 27 judges in the 9th circuit with most liberal but some conservative appointments. 3 are randomly picked to hear the case. So it's possible to get a couple of conservatives on the 3 judge panel.
