Gorsuch is Constitutional Constructionist, and all but admitted so in his conformation hearings. These decisions should surprise no one.

Nate should know that 15 data points is hardly relevant for any real statistical analysis.

I read that chart to mean Sotomayor is wrong a majority of the time.

I would love to see that chart completed to show how often every justice agreed with each other.
