Trump is President because the left got greedy and didn't care who they hurt in their quest to destroy American culture and values. In an effort to tear down traditional norms, they angered a lot of people who were tired of being told that they didn't belong in this new world that the left had created and they turned to a man who didn't give a flying freak about political correctness, social justice, or the feelings of "losers".

Everytime there is a political outcome that is distasteful to the Left, they trot out some quack with some baseless study that is intended to salve their gaping wounds. Often it turns out the opposite is true, or the researcher got the numbers completely backwards.
