Kids should miss any fun activities at home and school until the both write an extensive paper during school library time (in legible cursive) on reasons for respecting the property of others, why it's stupid to not do so (especially by stealing from grandparents), and real life consequences when young delinquents fail to grow up and learn this lesson by adulthood.

Just great ... 10 years from now ... won't be able to hire anyone who can pass a damn drug test.

Please give an example.

grandparents should be charged with delinquency to a minor. Treat this just like cigs and alcohol.

If a kid sneaks a beer from the fridge the parents get charged with delinquency of a minor???
