I would wholeheartedly disagree....especially concerning the prison conversions.
Maybe I am misunderstanding what you mean by organic growth?

As time passes, I firmly believe that all major religions will decrease overall and their prevalence will decrease to a point that they become a non factor in politics.
I would/will be shocked. People have tried to stomp out many religions since the beginning of time. Hasn't happened yet, and I don't think it will ever happen. Seems when things get tough, people still turn to the church, as a whole. After 9/11 church attendance saw significant bumps. Things are not getting better.

I didn't come up with a premise. i was responding to a hypothetical question. If you want the answer to your question you need to go back through the thread and ask the person who presented the hypothetical question.
However, I would say at one time the churches in the USSR were instructed what they could and what they could not endorse and in some cases talk about. Do you disagree?

Found it. Montanagator asked the question. Please refer your question to him. I wasn't saying it was happening, I was merely responding to his statement.

Your link cites reporting from a "Gatestone Institute", and their home page is filled with similar stuff.
In other words, probably a propaganda site. A real outfit would at least pretend to find countervailing info. You're just being played.

Curse those Moors and Saracens. If it wasn't for their ungodly ways, master Robin would never have left. What manner of name is Azeem? Scottish, Cornish?
Azeem:
Moorish.
ETA: we re fricked.
Thank god the USA has the Atlantic and Pacific oceans as barriers that will slow the invasion down.

John Bolton as the chairman. I don't think this is propaganda.

I think that, with time, Brexit will stem the immigration tide in Britain. However, there's already such a concentration of Muslims already in the UK that it'll likely be a problem for a while. A lot will depend on the how the situation in France plays out. If Le Pen gets in, so long EU and hopefully a few countries (Britain, France, Netherlands, Italy, etc.) can look forward to more sovereign control of their countries.

I always loved this particular rationale. "Well if there is a hell, don't you wanna go to heaven instead??" I couldn't imagine a greater arrogance; to use God as insurance from potential eternal damnation is unspeakable.
It is not MY rationale but if it takes using the common sense approach to introduce the topic into one's psyching, the rest should generally take care of itself.
Not to mention, if you read the post I responded to, you could see the arrogance oozing from it towards believers so in ways, I was trying to show...with my post...that the author was not as wise as he was pretending to be in his post. Context helps.
