This is just sad regardless of your views.

46% of the people stayed home. If either side is committing fraud, they suck at it.

Why?

About 40% "stayed home" in 1956. Was it just a little bit less sad then? LINK

51% did when Clinton was re-elected in '96. How sad was that? LINK

Basically turnout has hovered around 55% for most of the past 40 years or so. And?

140m/320m = 44%

So change the 320m to eligible population and it's well over 60%

Incorrect.

Most in two States chose the hag.

Her popular vote came from NY and California.

She won California by over 3 million votes

She won by 1.5 million votes in the counties that make up LA.

The Constitution explicitly prevents the populous states from running the country.

That was decided by the Connecticut Comprimise.
The Senate AND electoral college are direct results of it.

We would not have a United States of America if the large populous states would have had their say in the creating of our constitution,

How does this line up against percentages of the last 3 elections for comparison?

The media funded by the elites tend to try to drive people from the center to the poles using emotional wedge issues so that people vote on emotions rather than substance. The uni-party then creates 2 candidates from the far left and far right who pretend to represent these two poles and they are sold to them through the fake media.

There is a huge independent middle who doesnt buy into this bullshite and has given up on politics as a whole so they dont participate in the controlled so called election process. It would basically take a rogue leader worth millions willing to risk his fortune while being torn a part by the media to take on this process that is 95% rigged. How often are you going to find someone who is willing to do this when they can just stay away from this torture and enjoy their wealth?

And if less than half voted for Trump than less than 30% picked our President. Pretty close to the 27% that the OP stated.

Bill Clinton never got more than 25% of "eligible voters".

It's funny how we can invent issues out of thin air for the historically ignorant.
