I doubt that's what she meant but who knows. These gender study degrees are about the most useless degrees ever. They make a General Studies or Liberal Arts degree look like an MBA

This is what you missed.
It has nothing to do with Government controlled education. i.e. "not for profit" colleges worthless degrees.

She's not? Colleges can't charge what they want? Prospective students can't do a cost/benefit analysis and decide if they are willing to pay for the benefit a college is offering?
