For those who went to Auburn...

I just got back from Auburn myself and I noticed something interesting. It seems like almost all LSU fans at the game we're embracing the whole corndog thing, like it didn't even phase them. Actually, we were the ones making a lot of the corndog jokes. Did anyone else notice this?
I think it just proves they can't rattle us no matter what they do and they really are running out of bad things to say about us

b/c it's a shitty joke that is overdone and old. i used to think it was creative, but too many people do it now.

I saw an LSU dude walking down the ailse by the band with two corndogs in his hands waving them.

yes, that was before i realized an AU fan literally cut and pasted that rant about nebraska fans. i think that's when i know longer like the corndog bit.

No doubt, I loved it. I saw several LSU students with corndogs waving them around. I even overheard one student ask a Auburn fan after the game, "how do you like the smell of corndogs now bitch?"

Embrace the corndog. Corndogs are a great thing. Smelling like a corn dog is a great thing, indeed.

Got some good pictures with the corndog.. as soon as i get the camera back i'll post we even got some auburn students who were painted up to take a picture with it..

When someone makes a goofy and unfounded comment to try and insult you.....hell embrace it, get out in front of it. It takes the luster off of it to the person who tried to insult you.
Several years ago, I had a platoon sergeant at a morning formation call me a "tard" or something...
Hell I ran around the whole parking lot dancing and yelling "I'm a tard!! Hell Yeah!! Baby, I'm a freaking tard! Tard's rule baby!!!"
I was yelling it at everyone, the government workers, perhaps some generals wives....
That freaking A-hole platoon sergeant never tried to embarrass me again....
in fact, the whole platoon WANTED to be tards after that little show....

Ironically, LSU fans probably eat far less corndogs per capita than any other SEC school. Boiled seafood clearly reigns supreme here in South Louisiana, not the batter-fried stuff popular in the remainder of Dixieland--I never really understood how the "corndog smell" thing caught on the Internet...
