I'll admit it, I was. Especially as soon as I saw that the Tigers had stopped them short of the first down. I was waiting for Grand Theft Auburn 3.

I was holding my breath, waiting for the flag, too.

Tuberville was fighting for it! Thank God they didn't throw it!

i saw pittman dive and hit him at sideline..... knew they were gonna drop one....

i know they said alem was flagged for going low , but to me he left his feet when qb still had ball and just ended low at end of dive.

it was iffy call but was legit enuff to be called...

I felt the ref grab it and inch it up in his back pocket but he never threw it.

I think you are right...my husband and I saw something yellow too...I think my heart stopped for a few seconds...I couldn't believe. I'm not sure what it was...but it was there...I'm glad someone else saw it.

Absolutely...no doubt......and I was waiting for it to be thrown late....like when our defense started leaving the field.......that would have been par for the course.

I was shocked that there was no flag. It was a clean hit but I still expected a flag

The flag on the extra point was legitimate in 2004.
2006 was bullshite. This would have been Grand theft Auburn 2.

Give credit. It was a well-officiated game. They just let the players hit the snot out of one another.

But I was sure there was gonna be a flag on Pittman.

Me too. We were all jumping up and down and asking "WHERE'S THE FLAG?? WHERE'S THE FLAG??" "WHERE'S THE FLAG?" I think the refs were trying to figure out how to call one.

Boy Tubby was pissed.

I watched it live and the replay, and I did not ever see him (head ref) make a move for his flag.

Other than the questionable call on Alem, it was officiated OK, as long as we accept that the best DL in the country is never, ever, being held-this year, or last.
