I really hope CLM does everything he can to keep crowton around for awhile, that playcalling tonight was magical, and I could not see us winning this kind of game with any other Off Cord.

Since he usually fails as a head coach, I think it would take a lot for someone to lure him away from this program.

He is a wizard. I also thought that 4th down adjustment the D made on run to pass coverage was really incredible.

I suspect his money breakpoint is just high of $900k/year, for 4 years. That would be about 8 years of his salary at LSU, for just 4 years work. He is 51, but has 5 school age children. LSU is his 11th coaching stop in 26 years, so the O/U is ~2.5 years. If he enjoys working with Miles and his family is happy in Baton Rouge, we probably have him through 2010.

If he starts getting offers to coach in the NFL again, it would be pretty hard for him to turn that down.
