You don't pass on a top 20 talent for a chance at McFarland. If William Campbell wants to be a tiger, you take him.

I know his high school coach was invited down here to take part in one of the summer camps at LSU. Might have something to do with it.

Imagine how jealous/pissed other schools will be at LSU if they get Davenport, McFarland, and Campbell. That is nearly greedy haha.

It would just come full circle into proving that LSU is to DL as USC is to RBs, Penn State to LBs, and The U to Dbs, used to be Nebraska for Lineman.

Texas already has 2 DT's and 3 DE's. Although JM would be nice, they have to have higher positional priorities.
