Contact the LHSAA or the referee assignor for that area and they will be able to hook you up.

Its the guy who assigns refs to all of the games played in the area. Milt Magaw does it for soccer. Each sport has its own assignor that contacts there respective sport. If you can contact 1 head coach he should be able to give you the info on who that is and then that assignor can give you an email listing for pretty much all of North Louisiana.
