I tried to copy the link from yours, as well as hosting it myself, and neither worked. It says I am not hosting it on an authorized hosting website and to check again. Tried imageshack and imgur... 
If a lot of people are having this issue, I may start a thread asking the admins for help (if necessary).

Let me try hosting it through photobucket & see if that works. Make sure you have everything deleted from your avatar & sig pic boxes in your user profile before pasting your new one. I'll re-post the pic through pbucket.
