How frank do you think their conversations have been regarding the current situation? I assume Skip knows how likely or unlikely it is that Les goes.

i would hope that he has absolutely ZERO involvement int he coaching search, if so, he'll go cheap on LSU again.
whatever skip says now should be taken w/the tiniest grain of salt.
