If he can shoot a video of an argument with his manager, then where's the video of people serving wings that were on the floor?

Not that it would matter anyway. He said the wings were frozen when dropped and then cooked afterward - so they're probably pretty sterile.

I worked at two top level restaurants in town and I know for a fact that they threw out anything that hit the ground, because I dropped a nice steak at one and a coworker dropped one in front of me at the other

And that's the practice at most restaurants. People will worry about food hitting the ground for 5 seconds at most and then handle menus that have the most bacteria in a restaurant outside of the bathroom.
