Yeah. I'm not super familiar with LA. Only spent a couple of days there one time. I was much more impressed with San Diego and even Orange County,

Yes he does, he is a free agent after the upcoming season. Whoever trades for him will sign him to an extension. Without the extension the bolts can't get shite for him.
