Considering the media and general public are both retarded, I unfortunately agree with you.

Even if voter fatigue did not exist, then I would easily take Curry or Harden over him this year.

Lebron is 30 and there are other great players who may just as good as him at this point. He defense significantly dropped this year and he missed games. Why should he have won MVP?

Considering the Pels' season hangs in the balance for another 28 hours, I'm a little uneasy.

The Spurs still have something to play for... OKC at MINN... Westbrook will try to go off for 50 again and it may end up hurting the Thunder.... I like both games being at the same time.. AND I hope the thunder lose cause I really think the NBA took that tech away from westbrook just to give the Thunder a shot at making the playoffs because of ratings....

How have I insinuated that nobody is capable of having a better season than Lebron? I've never in my life made a comment about Lebron being screwed out of an MVP. It's my opinion that moving forward, he will probably have 2 seasons where he's the most valuable player. I don't think he'll win 2 MVPs though. Part of that thinking is because he isn't even CLOSE to being in the discussion this year, which is ridiculous.

He will be the best player in the NBA for at least 2 more years. I don't think he wins another one though. Next year will be his last year to really have a shot at it IMO. And that's only bc his team will have a full year together and will finally run the offense Blatt had wanted them to run.

If he's putting up the same numbers next year with less turnovers and they get 10 more wins he should win it.

Those players are as good as him?

Let's say you can pick one guy from that list, including LeBron. You want that one guy to win you a championship this year and you can build a team with anyone around him that's not on the list you just mentioned. Who you picking?

LeBron every damn time.

This year is LeBron's worst season since his rookie year and it's mostly because of having a completely new team, new coach, new teammates, etc.. and he STILL is putting up better/comparable stats to everyone on that list.

You guys must have missed the 2014-2015 season. This is not 2013 anymore.

Lebron is still probably the best player in the world, but the gap is infinitely smaller than it was two years ago.

You must have missed LeBron joining an entirely different team/coach than the one he's been with the past 4 years.

Those players being as good as him =/= the gap getting smaller.

i can agree with the fact more superstars are elevating their game to his level. But until someone else can lay claim to "best player in the world", then no one else in the NBA is as good as him. They might be close though. But that's not what you said

One that won 33 games last season.

Oh wait, nm, Shumpert is the reason why LeBron is successful.

Curry, Harden, Davis, CP3, and Westbrook are arguably having better seasons then Lebron this year. Durant was absurd last year.

If Bron is a great as you say then this would not matter to much..........

I don't care if they're having better seasons this year. They aren't as good as him. And nobody would choose any of them over him this year.

While I don't disagree with you that Lebron is still the best player, I'm not sure it will be the case as soon as next year.

Meh a healthy Durant would be right there with him.

Steph, Harden, and AD right there if you stretch the question out a year or two.

Fair enough, that day is coming for sure. But I think he has a MVP type season next year.
