Convicted? No.

Never convicted.

Watching this movie on basic cable is a disservice.

My favorite line:

Cruiser: I joined the army 'cause my father and my brother were in the army. I thought I'd better join before I got drafted.

Sergeant Hulka: Son, there ain't no draft no more.

Cruiser: There was one?

Am I the only one that think it goes downhill fast after graduation?

Before graduation, it's a top 5 comedy all time for me, then it's just meh. I can't remember one quotable moment after they graduate

I agree. Once they head to Europe, it is very dull.

Agreed. The basic training part was one of the best comedies ever. But the 2nd part was average at best.

There were good lines during the EM-50 Urban Assault Vehicle portion of the movie and I think the newspaper headlines and magazine covers at the end were very funny.

For some reason, always liked the guard saying: "Such a truck would be good for picking up girls in Minsk"
