Yeah you're right. 260 total yards with no turnovers and 4 TDs against 150 total yards with 1 TD and 2 pick sixes
It's pretty hilarious when I read people throwing up these stats like they had real meaning. Harris did not look like a QB in that game. If his first read wasn't open he took off or threw it away. Every play looked like a scramble drill when we weren't even blitzing. He played backyard football. Jennings looked bad as well but to say Harris looked good shows you don't understand just how far behind Harris was in being an actual starter for LSU.
I'm not the one to say you can't learn anything from these spring games because the WRs lack of seperation and the secondary's lock down nature showed throughout 2014. Jennings and Harris type of play showed throughout as well just like in the scrimmage. Mett's weather balloon throws in his spring game showed throughout 2012 with his overthrowing as well.
That's why I hope I can see improvement with QB play. I'm not looking for stats, and don't really care about how much yardage or TDs they put up. For Jennings, I'm looking for good, decisive, and quicker decision making and for his accuracy to look better on shorter and intermediate throws. Some similar things for Harris, but I want to see him play from within the pocket and go through multiple reads. I also want to see him doing all the right things pre snap. If I can see that, I will be more than happy and truly excited for the QB position this year.

So you don't believe Harris outplayed Jennings in the spring game last year?
