Relevance: I think the Saints are still in the market to deal a few players, Rafael Bush is an ideal guy to cut cap space and get some return value from him. Raiders should be heavily interested bc Bush is a starting type caliber safety with veteran presence and they wouldn't have to give up a ton, maybe swap picks in an early round. We also have the Dennis Allen Raiders connection, i dont' know if that helps or hurts getting a deal done. Get er done Loomis.

I was wondering what the relevance with this would be, but I do agree that I don't think the Saints are done moving players. Not saying that something will definitely happen, but I think there's a few more that they are open to moving for the right deal, and Bush is a candidate. I hate being the guy that drops by with vague, unsourced info, but I do know that we are hosting another FA this week. I honestly don't know who it is, though I have a few guesses. But it does tell me that they aren't entirely finished with the current roster going into the draft.

I don't know too much more, although if I did I really couldn't say. If I know about a visit, it means it's more than just a body for TC. I have a guess on who I think it is, but it isn't based on anything that I know, rather just what's going on in FA and who is available and still visiting teams.

Hope it's Justin Blalock or Rob Sims. Signing either to a one year deal would allow us to go with draft a guard that we can take a little time developing.

With the comments about Brees and Payton discussing a WR that he played with in the Pro-Bowl, that is a FA, I was thinking Jennings, but I could be off.
But sorry, didn't mean to derail your thread with my vagueness. Just wanted to support your idea that I don't think the team is done, and are just waiting till the draft.

yeah, forgot about him, yes jennings makes a lot of sense on this team. i've said so from get go.
