Probably around 850. A model number would help.

Do you know where the model number might be on the safe?
My grandad is not able to remember what it was

Take measurements and compare that to what they have listed in their current lineup. I was able to move my Browning on a furniture dolly, it weighs 700lbs, fwiw.

It's listed under the "sizes" tab.

On the bottom of the page there is a "specifications" tab that has it.
