I know there have been other threads started about this topic, but I wasn't certain whether this video had been posted.

You clearly see the cop toss the taser onto the victim. This is the taser that the cop said the victim stole from the cop...

If you look closely you will see a black cop standing by the victim. He allows the white cop to plant the taser on the innocent victim.

Will there be an outcry from the black community about a black cop implicit in planting a taser on a black victim?

Is the other cop that was present in hot water also? He's basically okay with that murderous cop planting evidence.

It may be the taser, but I wouldn't say it's "clearly" the taser.

I'm sure they will be nice to him in prison.

He didn't get called out the rallies from what I can tell.

So is the victim an innocent civilian? Or does he have a huge criminal record?

usually a good idea to bring it up with IA after instead of confronting the cop right there

He had a rap sheet, but nothing crazy.

Owed a bunch of child support.

Are you just curious or is it relevant to the shooting?

I'm curious how this is relevant. Does it change the scenario if he had been arrested in the past? He was still running away as the cop shot him in the back 8 times.

In my opinion, the most interesting part of this video is the black cop watching the white cop plant the evidence and do nothing in response.

He is just as guilty as the white cop.

Yet this will probably turn into a "racist white cop kills innocent black man" narrative instead of "white and black cop kill unarmed black man" true narrative.

He should have killed the other cop...self-defense of a citizen.

If he had a clear rap sheet and was a pillar in the community, I'm sure that would be relevant.

You bring this up later, not at the scene of the crime. Tensions are high right there.

I mean if this dude is just notorious for committing crime, I do think that will play a role in how this shooting is viewed.
